Weekend!!

I plan to make a terrarium this weekend with Gavin. I’ve already got the container set aside. I even have some potting soil. I think we can pick up some decorative rocks at the dollar store. I just need a couple low maintenance plants. I can’t wait to put this together. I think I’m more excited about it than he is.

Oh, and there’s a flea market at the fair grounds on Saturday too. I will put on my blinders and head straight for the kettle corn. They sell a bag that’s about 3 feet long. Stuffed full of delicious kettle corn. Once I’ve got my hands on that, all will be right with the world. I feel like a fool carrying that gigantic bag out of the place, especially eating as I go, but what can I do? I must have it. Plus, I’m sure it’s very good for a pregnant woman. It’s made of corn after all. That’s a vegetable.

While driving to work this morning, I saw 2 goats on the tin roof of a building.

Projects

I'm gonna do a project this weekend. If all goes well, I will post pics and link back to where I found it. That way, you will have nice easy to follow instructions if you want to try it yourself. If it doesn't go well, I doubt the girl wants me linking my shabby mess back to her. Wish me luck.

Hubby also plans to do some planting/gardening this weekend. I will take pics of that too. Exciting!!!

I Love It...

… when the baby kicks.

… when Gavin hugs me and says, “I love you Mom”.

… when I get up in the morning and Hubby has cleaned the kitchen. (This implies that I go to bed with a dirty kitchen. Disregard this thought.)

…when I toss my hair and I hear my earrings jingle.

…when I have a tan.

…when Hubby says something romantic/heartfelt/meaningful out of the blue without my prodding or hinting or telling him to say it. (Hubby is not a very "emotional" person, so these little displays of affection are really special.)

…when a good “old” song comes on the radio and I can crank it up and sing. Even better when Hubby or Gavin is in the car to join in.

Ebay

I have decided to ebay. Michael has started buying and selling on ebay and he’s becoming obsessed with it. I have crafty stuff here and there and the stuff I make. It can’t hurt to put it out there and see what happens. Now that I’m thinking about it though, I’m thinking of random things around my house I can put on there. I don’t want to get carried away. I’m not very familiar with ebay, I’ve never bought anything off there. Any advice?

This and That

I had something in mind this morning that I felt the need to write about. Now I can’t remember what it is. That makes me so mad!!! I have to write everything down or I just can’t remember. It probably helps that I love to make lists. I love lists. Lists for this and lists for that and lists of the lists I need to make. Lists of the things I’ve done and lists of the things I still need to do. Anyway, you get the idea.

Just as a side note, I am trying Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips for the first time. Delicious!!! These things are the bomb diggity!!! Yeah, I said bomb diggity!!! I do have one of the 100 calorie bags, which is probably a good thing because I think I could eat an entire full size bag!!!

I am going to Curves this afternoon. I went yesterday. I can’t tell if I’m losing or not. My eating is off and on, bad and good. I am going to stick with the Curves though. Even if I’m not eating great, going is better than not going. And it’s free!!!! Plus if I don’t go, I will feel like I’m wasting it even though I didn’t have to pay for it.

So I better get myself back to work. It’s almost time for lunch to be over. Poo!!
