Here’s the layout of the DVD I’m doing if anyone is interested. There are 3 levels. Level 1 is 20 minutes with Bob. Level 2 is 10 minutes with Jillian. Level 3 is 10 minutes with Ajay.
Then there is a week 1-2 workout, week 3-4 workout and a week 5-6 workout. Each of these includes about 5 minutes of warm up and 5 minutes of yoga cool down. Both are with Bob and it’s the same one with each workout.
Week 1-2 is warm up, level 1 and then yoga cool down. Total 30 minutes.
Week 3-4 is warm up, level 2, level 3 and then yoga cool down. Total 30 minutes.
Week 5-6 is warm up, level 1, level 2, level 3 and then yoga cool down. Total 50 minutes.
Then you can also customize the workout with whichever sections you want to include.
I am really enjoying it. I think there’s at least one more they do, I may have to try that one out too.

Ok, so what video did you get, how much does it cost and do you need any equipment to do the exercises? I may need to get in on some of this.
Okay...I bought it and the PowerScuplt too. I'll let you know how the other one is.
