It’s the day before Christmas Eve! Whoo hoo!!! I can’t wait. Starting tomorrow, we have something exciting planned every day through the weekend. We are going here and there and people are coming to our house. I love entertaining. I would rather cook a big meal and have people over then to go to someone else’s house. I don’t know why, I just do. And at Christmas, people go all out.
I am going to get some last minutes gifts tonight and I should be done. I hope I haven’t forgotten anything. I have this terrible fear that in the middle of Christmas day when no stores are open, I’m going to realize that I forgot something. Oh no!!
Hubby is in Ohio today. We live in VA. He ordered Tiny a 4 wheeler for Christmas since it was cheaper on-line. It should have been delivered at the end of last week, but no, it not here. So now Tiny has no Christmas, I mean, he has a helmet and goggles and a couple of wrestling men and some little cars, but that’s it. The 4 wheeler IS his Christmas. So, Hubby said he was going to pick the thing up and bring it on home. I told him it wasn’t necessary. Tiny is used to Santa doing some weird things since he flip flops between being with us or his dad on Christmas. But I don’t know how we would explain this. I even though about coming clean about Santa; I don’t mind taking credit for the 4 wheeler. But no, Hubby has driven up to Ohio to get this thing and bring it back. He said he cannot stand for Tiny not to have anything under the tree. Now is that a great Hubby or what? I knew there was a reason why I love him other than his sexy body.
That reminds me, everybody says Hubby looks like Larry the Cable Guy. But that’s a story for another day…

I'm also with you on the having people over rather than going to other's houses!!!
Alot of that has to do with the fact that I LOVE to cook and entertain as well as the 3 year old running havoc all over the place!!!
